The Togolese Republic is a country in West Africa. Its capital is the city of Lomé and its official language is French.

Togo is a member state of the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS).

The registration of medicine depends on the level of compliance of the file and requires 9 to 18 months.

Togo also applies the WAEMU directives concerning the registration of medical devices. In practice this could be different and an evaluation on a case-by-case basis is necessary before initiating projects.
